A sweet cashew feni cocktail

How do I drink cashew feni? One question that has always been on my mind, which kept me from enjoying feni. But the solution came after I started bartending. Today, we make a slightly unusual cocktail with cashew feni, but rest assured, it’s a pizzazz one. This one is especially for anyone who loves a sweet cocktail over a not-so-sweet one 🙂 . For a change, let’s make a sweet cashew feni cocktail.

Cashew feni comes with a slightly stubborn flavour, which pairs well with a selective choice of ingredients. You can’t just throw in any ingredients, hoping they go well with cashew feni. You need to be familiar with the flavours of both cashew feni and the ingredients you’re going to throw into the cocktail. No fluke here 🙂

As I have always mentioned, Cashew Feni cocktails do not have a rich history. If I am not mistaken, there are no classic cocktails that feature cashew feni. This could be the result of it being only available in Goa. However, not very recently, I have received a few Personal messages on my YouTube channel from different countries thanking me for the cocktail made with cashew feni. This reflects the acceptance of Cashew Feni globally. I seriously have no idea how they managed to get cashew feni, nor did I bother to ask, but the appreciation felt great nonetheless.

How to make a sweet Cashew feni cocktail

Among all the cashew feni cocktails we’ve churned so far, this one stands out as one of the sweetest. We previously emphasised balancing the sweet and sour notes, but here we just let the sweetness take over, and boy, if you love sweet cashew feni cocktails, this one would just be a surprisingly delightful one to have. Or should I say “perfect sweet tasting cashew feni cocktail 🙂 . Yet a simple and easy cocktail to make at home.

Cocktail Ingredients

1. Cashew Feni
2. Fresh Coconut Cream
3. Orange juice
4. Pineapple Juice
5. Ice
6. Orange Wheel

Bar Equipment

1. Cocktail Shaker
2. Bar spoon
3. Measuring Jigger
4. Tall Glass

How to make a delicious cocktail at home

1. Pour 30ml fresh coconut cream, 30ml orange juice and 30ml pineapple juice to a cocktail shaker.
2. Add a dash of Angustura Aromatic bitter, and then drop in 60ml of cashew feni.
3. Add ice and close the shaker and give it a nice shake.
4. Open the shaker and pour the cocktail over pilsner
5. Now add two to four cubes of ice to it and garnish with an orange wheel.
6. Now, here you have one super delicious cashew feni cocktail to die for. 😉

Churning cashew feni cocktails has always been a delight, and this has been no different. An absolutely delightful cocktail if you’re hunting for a sweet cocktail. This one comes with a blast of flavour waiting to explode in your mouth. A sip of it and you could figure out what I meant. It doesn’t necessarily have to be a cashew feni cocktail lover to have this, but if you are, it’s just an add-on.
